The recruitment industry doesn’t need shiny new tools

Every entrepreneur wants to make a difference, but only a few are targeting real needs.

I see new businesses trying to « revolutionize » the recruitment industry every week. The truth is: we are fine.

We don’t need more jobboards, we don’t need new social networks… Our industry is barely coping with the large variety of tools and methods available, whereas some older but sometimes much better methods have never made it through.


I repeat it: We are fine. The CV is not dead and probably will never be. Social networks are not everything yet. And we don’t need shiny new search tools every week.
